On Friday, 24th February, CHAS held its annual Glasgow Ladies Lunch at The Hilton.
With record-breaking guests in attendance, the event was full of laughter, tears, cheers and a lot of dancing! Stand-up comedian and Heart FM Drivetime host, Des Clarke led the afternoon’s proceedings and the ladies were treated to an extravaganza of musical games and entertainment. Rachelle, a local, who’s currently a resident singer on the Masked Dancer filled the dance floor. We then welcomed a special guest appearance from funny man Steve McKenna, who conducted the live auction and rounded off the afternoon before inviting BLEEKER to the stage, who performed an outstanding two-hour long set and packed the dance floor.
For over thirty years Children’s Hospices Across Scotland (CHAS) has been offering a full family support service for babies, children and young people with life-shortening conditions.
Guests in attendance, sponsors and donors, raised an outstanding £72k for CHAS.
Throughout the year, CHAS host multiple fundraisers which Lees happily donate product to. We continued to support our chosen charity with this event and gifted them 375 snowballs to accompany desert.
We would like to thank everyone at CHAS for all the wonderful work they do.
