Lees Snowball Chocolate Mug Cake

LEES SNOWBALL CHOCOLATE MUG CAKE

What you'll need:

Self-raising flour (4 tbsp)
Caster Sugar (4 tbsp)
Cocoa Powder (2 tbsp)
1 Medium Egg
Milk (3 tbsp)
Vegetable Oil (3 tbsp)
Vanilla Essence (2 drops)
Chocolate chips (2 tbsp)
Lees’ Mini Snowballs

What to do:

:cook: Add 4 tbsp self-raising flour, 4 tbsp caster sugar and 2 tbsp cocoa powder to a mug of your choice (we recommend a Lees’ mug) and mix.
:cake: Next, add 1 medium egg to your already mixed mixture and again continue to mix until its a thick consistency.
:cook: Add the 3 tbsp milk, 3 tbsp vegetable or sunflower oil and a few drops of vanilla essence and mix until smooth, before then adding 2 tbsp chocolate chips and finally mix again.
:cake: Lastly, place your mug into the microwave for one to two minutes and add a delicious Lees’ Snowball to the top of your mug cake and enjoy!
