Jam Teacake Flapjacks

JAM TEACAKE FLAPJACKS

What you'll need:

Lees jam teacakes (as many as you like)
200g of Oats
90g of Light Brown Sugar
60g of Ground Almonds
2 tsp of Almond Extract
90g of Golden Syrup
130g of melted Butter
50g of melted White Chocolate

What to do:

  • Mix 200g of Oats, 90g of Light Brown Sugar and 60g of Ground Almonds
  • Add 2 tsp of Almond Extract, 90g of Golden Syrup and 130g of melted Butter and stir together until the oats are covered
  • Tip half of this mix into a greased cake tin
  • Now to add your Lees’ Jam Teacakes – simply half the Teacakes and sit on the mixture (use as many as you like)
  • Tip on the remaining oats mix and flatten until the crushed Teacakes are covered
  • Bake in the oven for 25 minutes until the almonds are toasted and the oats have browned
  • Drizzle 50g of melted White Chocolate over your Teacake Flapjacks, and enjoy
