Raspberry Meringue Crumble

RASPBERRY MERINGUE CRUMBLE

What you'll need:

  • 150g Frozen Raspberries
  • 2 tbsp Caster Sugar
  • 1 Large Apple
  • 2 tbsp Raspberry Jam
  • 300g Granola
  • Lees’ 12 Mini Meringue Shells

What to do:

Begin by chopping a large apple into small squares.

Once completed, add your chopped apple into a medium saucepan with 150g of raspberries, 2 tbsp of caster sugar, 2 tbsp of raspberry jam and mix.

Next, bring the saucepan to a low heat for 10 minutes until mixture is soft.

Then add the mixture to a ramekin of your choice, make sure to top each ramekin with granola.

Finally, take your Lees’ Mini Meringue and carefully place on top of each dish and enjoy!
