What to do:
Begin by separating your icing into two bowls (250g x 250g). Then take your pink food colouring and add 10g into one bowl and mix until smooth.
Next, using a spoon or a piping bag begin by icing your cupcakes- it’s important to start with the vanilla buttercream as the base layer.
Once the vanilla is added now add your pink buttercream icing (250g) on the top of the vanilla layer and using a spoon to marble the edges of the icing.
Once all cupcakes are iced, take 50g of the heart confetti and sprinkle over the top of each cupcake.
Finally, carefully place the Lees’ Teacakes on top of each cupcake and finish with a Haribo heart sweet.
