What to do:
- Mix 200g of Oats, 90g of Light Brown Sugar and 60g of Ground Almonds
- Add 2 tsp of Almond Extract, 90g of Golden Syrup and 130g of melted Butter and stir together until the oats are covered
- Tip half of this mix into a greased cake tin
- Now to add your Lees’ Jam Teacakes – simply half the Teacakes and sit on the mixture (use as many as you like)
- Tip on the remaining oats mix and flatten until the crushed Teacakes are covered
- Bake in the oven for 25 minutes until the almonds are toasted and the oats have browned
- Drizzle 50g of melted White Chocolate over your Teacake Flapjacks, and enjoy
