What to do:
- Spread 100g of oats on a baking sheet and grill until it smells rich and nutty
- Whisk 350g double cream until set then stir in 2 tbsp of honey and 2 tbsp of whisky
- Stir in the oats and then alternate layers of cream, raspberries and Lees mini meringues
- Finish with a drizzle of honey
