LEES CRANACHAN

What you'll need:

100g oats

350g double cream

2 tbsp honey

2tbsp whisky

Lees mini meringue shells

Handful of raspberries

What to do:

  • Spread 100g of oats on a baking sheet and grill until it smells rich and nutty
  • Whisk 350g double cream until set then stir in 2 tbsp of honey and 2 tbsp of whisky
  • Stir in the oats and then alternate layers of cream, raspberries and Lees mini meringues
  • Finish with a drizzle of honey
